Patients may visit our online office at their own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This provides quick and secure access so you can:

Office Hours and Appointments
Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. Cancel only if it is an emergency. It is difficult to reschedule you since most appointments are made 8-10 weeks in advance. If you damage your braces, then be sure to call and advise us before your appointment so that extra time can be scheduled to repair your problem.

How Much Will It Cost?
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s problem which determines the length of treatment. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets.

Payment Options
To insure that patient care is affordable for our patients, our office offers several payment plans that you can choose from to best fit your financial needs. For those patients covered by an orthodontic insurance policy, we will complete all insurance forms so that you can maximize your benefits. Our office will accept payment directly from your insurance company in order to reduce your out-of-pocket payments for services. The orthodontic insurance benefit is an estimate based on our understanding of your benefit plan. The responsible party is liable for any unpaid balance not paid by insurance.

Option #1: Chase Healthcare Advance: This national plan offers no down payment and up to 60 months financing for qualified applicants. This plan has flexible interest rate plans depending on one’s credit rating.

Option #2: Payment in full: If full payment is made prior to beginning treatment, then a bookkeeping fee reduction will be applied. This option applies to the responsible party’s balance if assignment of insurance benefits is accepted.

Option #3: In-office payment plan: Our no interest plan is preferred by many patients by making payments for orthodontic services. After an initial investment, we set the remaining balance to be paid monthly via automatic bank draft through our partner, Orthobanc LLC over the duration of the estimated treatment time.

We also accept payment by MasterCard and Visa.

Our fee represents a responsible and fair estimate for similar orthodontic care found in our neighboring communities and region. As a consumer, it is often difficult to distinguish the best choice for you and your family regarding a highly technical health service.
